
Ingredients
- Mutton chops 750 gm
- Oil ¼ cup
- Yogurt ¼ cup
- Lemon juice 3 to 4 tbsp
- Papaya paste 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Red chili 1 tsp (crushed)
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Method

Marinate chops with oil, yogurt, papaya paste, salt, red chili powder, crushed red chili, ginger garlic paste and for overnight and keep into fridge.

Now steam the chops.

Finally smoke with coal or grill over grill pan.

When chops becomes ready then serve with dips.
