Aloo Keema Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Ground meat ---------------------------- ½ kg
  • Onions ------------------------------------ three (sliced)
  • Green chilies ---------------------------- 4 (chopped)
  • Black peppers --------------------------- 6 (whole grains)
  • Coriander --------------------------------- 1 bunch (chopped)
  • Oil ------------------------------------------- 1 cup
  • Aloo (Potatoes) -------------------------- ½ kg
  • Turmeric ----------------------------------- 1 tsp (powder)
  • Red chili ------------------------------------1 tbsp (powder)
  • Ginger garlic -------------------------------1 tbsp (paste)
  • Salt as per your taste

METHOD OF COOKING

  • Heat oil in a pan and fry onions in it until it turns into golden.
  • Then put pink chili powder, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder and salt to flavor, sauté.
  • Adding mince and allow it cook till moisture dries and tender.
  • Add cubed potatoes and sauté throughly.
  • Then put a cup boiling water and black peppers and let it cook until potatoes get tender.
  • Garnish with green chilies and coriander and serve.
