
Ingredients:
- Ground meat ---------------------------- ½ kg
- Onions ------------------------------------ three (sliced)
- Green chilies ---------------------------- 4 (chopped)
- Black peppers --------------------------- 6 (whole grains)
- Coriander --------------------------------- 1 bunch (chopped)
- Oil ------------------------------------------- 1 cup
- Aloo (Potatoes) -------------------------- ½ kg
- Turmeric ----------------------------------- 1 tsp (powder)
- Red chili ------------------------------------1 tbsp (powder)
- Ginger garlic -------------------------------1 tbsp (paste)
- Salt as per your taste
METHOD OF COOKING
- Heat oil in a pan and fry onions in it until it turns into golden.
- Then put pink chili powder, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder and salt to flavor, sauté.
- Adding mince and allow it cook till moisture dries and tender.
- Add cubed potatoes and sauté throughly.
- Then put a cup boiling water and black peppers and let it cook until potatoes get tender.
- Garnish with green chilies and coriander and serve.
