Ande Ka Halwa


  • Egg 12
  • Sugar 2 cup
  • Solid milk 750 gm
  • Small cardamom 8
  • Oil 1 ½ cup
  • Condensed milk 1 can
  • Almond and pistachio as required (boiled)
  • Silver paper as required



  • Beat eggs in a big bowl.

  • Now grind sugar, solid milk, small cardamoms and add it in the eggs.

  • Now add oil in the pan and pour in eggs mixture in it.

  • Now cook it well.

  • When the oil separates, cool it and add condensed milk.

  • Grease the serving dish and spread halwa on it.

  • Garnish it with almond, pistachio and silver paper.
