Arvi Ki Bhujia


  • Colocasia (Arvi) ½ kg
  • Dry mango powder 6
  • Whole red chilli 8
  • Fenugreek seed few
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Carom seed 1 tsp
  • Nigella seed (kalonji) 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp


  • Cut arvi in chips shape then wash.

  • Heat oil in wok and put fenugreek seeds.

  • When aroma starts come add colocasia with nigella seed, carom seed, salt and whole red chillies to cook on low flame.

  • When it tender add dry mango powder and simmer for 5 minutes.

  • Dish it out and serve hot with pouri or chappati.
