
Ingredients
- Colocasia (Arvi) ½ kg
- Dry mango powder 6
- Whole red chilli 8
- Fenugreek seed few
- Oil ½ cup
- Carom seed 1 tsp
- Nigella seed (kalonji) 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
Method

Cut arvi in chips shape then wash.

Heat oil in wok and put fenugreek seeds.

When aroma starts come add colocasia with nigella seed, carom seed, salt and whole red chillies to cook on low flame.

When it tender add dry mango powder and simmer for 5 minutes.

Dish it out and serve hot with pouri or chappati.
