Asian Beef Noodle Salad

INGRIDENTS

  • 400 gm Fresh Noodles
  •  500 gm Beef rump steak
  •  1/2 cup Sesame, Ginger and soy for marinade
  •  1 medium size carrot, grated
  •  2 cups Beansprouts
  •  5 green onions, thin sliced

DIRECTION OF COOKING

  1. Put the noodles in a bowl and add boiling water. Stay for 5 minutes or until tender. By using a fork separate the noodles and drain. Now move to the bowl where you put ingredients.

  2. Marinade beef rump steak as preheat a greased plate over medium-high heat. Cook all the steak for 5 minutes each side for medium or until cooked becomes tender. Put into a plate. Covered, for few minutes. Add thin slice green onions. Combine all the remaining marinade with 3 tablespoons cold water. Now add beef, carrot, beansprouts, onion and marinade mixture to noodles. Toss it to combine all the ingredients together.  Now ready to serve and enjoy with friends and family.
