Cucumber Kheer Recipe in Urdu

INGREDIENTS
  • Cucumber portions 
  • Sago (Sabudana)
  • Sweet condensed milk 
  • Water 
  • Milk 
  • Sugar 
  • Cardamom powder

  • Pistachios
  • Aalmonds
  • Raisins 
  • Two cups

MAKING INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Take quarter cup of sago and soak it in water for about an hour.
  2. At the same time, chop the cucumber intwitho skinny portions.
  3. Take the soaked sago in a heavy bottomed pan. Fill it with enough water and strat to cook it.
  4. While it is half done put the cucumber and preserve to cook until each the sago and cucumber portions come to be soft.
  5. Now add the sugar and permit it soften. Subsequent add the condensed milk and raw milk.
  6. Simmer it for approximately 6 minutes or till you are satisfied with the consistency.
  7. Add the cardamom powder and transfer off.
  8. Warmness the ghee in some other pan and fry the nuts and raisins. Upload it to the payasam and cowl with a lid till you are equipped to serve.
