Chinoti Kunna Gosht


  • 1 kg ---- Mutton
  • 3 tsp --- Chilli powder
  • ¼ tsp -- Turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp --- Coriander powder
  • 1 large - Onion (sliced)
  • 1 tbsp -- Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp ---- Black cumin (crushed)
  • 1 cup --- Ghee
  • ½ cup -- Wheat flour
  • ½ cup -- Water
  • Salt as per taste


It is best to use Mitti handi for this recipe, put ginger garlic, mixed with half cup of water, ghee, mutton, chilli powder, salt, coriander powder, turmeric, sliced onion and cook it and covered for half an hour. Now fry well and put 3 cups water for meat to get tender. When meat comes tender, add some flour paste to make gravy thicken, stirring well. Finally, add crushed black cumin. More cook for 15 minutes on low flame till ghee comes on tops.

Best Serve with Naan.
