Tri Colored Pasta

  • Garden Rotini Pasta ------------------- 250 grams or One Packet
  • Hard Boiled Eggs ----------------------- 2 whole pieces
  • Bell Peppers (Green & Orange) --- 2 whole pieces
  • Sliced Onion ------------------------------ 1 medium size
  • Minced Garlic ---------------------------- 2 cloves
  • Italian Seasoning ----------------------- 1 teaspoon
  • Black Pepper Powder ----------------- 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red Chilli Flakes ------------------------ 1/2 teaspoon
  • Soy Sauce --------------------------------- 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon Juice ------------------------------- 1 tablespoon
  • Olive Oil ------------------------------------- 2 tablespoons
  • Salt ------------------------------------------- as per taste



  1. Take a deep saucepan, boil the water and cook the pasta and add some salt.
  2. When pasta cooked well then drain the water and keep it aside.
  3. Do hard boiled the eggs and cut the only white parts of the boiled eggs into slices.
  4. Discard or keep aside the boiled egg yolk for other purpose.
  5. Now cut the thin strips of the bell peppers. Use those color of bel papers as to match the colours of the pasta.
  6. Take a wok or karahi to heat some olive oil.
  7. Add the garlic paste and onion slices in to the hot olive oil and do stir fry for a minute.
  8. Put the bell peppers and fry for few moments.
  9. Now add the Italian seasoning (if you have), pepper powder, red pepper flakes (Kuti Lal Mirch) and the egg white slices and toss them together.
  10. You can add the soya sauce, lemon juice and little salt (if required).
  11. At the same time, add the well cooked pasta into it and stir fry untill all ingredients combined.
  12. Now the Tir Colored Pasta is ready to serve. You can serve this pasta as a salad or as a main dish meal.
