
Ingredients
- 1 cup roasted ----------------- Peanuts
- 1/2 cup -------------------------- Jaggery (Gurh) or Brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ------------------- Cardomon Powder
Method
1. Take a non-stick pan, put jaggery and melt it at medium low temperature as it turns honey brown in color.
2. In the melte jaggery or sugar, add Crushed peanuts and a pinch of cardomon powder. Mix them well
3. Immediately put the mixture into a greased tray.
4. Using a rolling stick, spread this hot mixture as the desired thickness.
5. At the same time, using greased knife cut it into square shape.
6. Leave the chikki for cool, it will be hard and crisp to bite. Separate each square shaped pieces by hand and keep in air tight containers.
