Eggless Peach Cake

INGREDIENTS

  • Half tin ------------------------- Condensed milk
  • Two cup ----------------------- All purpose flour
  • One cup ----------------------- Butter (unsalted)
  • One teaspoon --------------- Baking powder
  • Half teaspoon ---------------- Sodium Bi-carbonate (Baking Soda)
  • One teaspoon ---------------- Vanilla Essence
  • Half cup ------------------------- Water or Soda

 For Frosting

  • One tin --------------------------- Peach
  • 200 grams ---------------------- Cream
  • Two tablespoons ------------- Jam (if you like to use)
  • Four tablespoons ------------ Icing sugar
  • One cup ------------------------- Cashewnut (roasted, unsalted)

Preparation Steps

  1. Drain the peaches from the can and seperate its liquid.
  2. Put aside some of them or 4-5 chop and  rest of the peaches cut into small pieces.
  3. Chush the cashew in small pieces.
  4. Slightly warm the butter.

For Cake

  1. Blend the butter and condensed milk in a mixing bowl.
