Ingredients

  • Boneless fish cut into finger size- half kg
  • Chili powder 1 teaspoon heaped
  • Salt - 1  teaspoon
  • Lemon juice 2 tablespoons
  • Egg - 1
  • Allspice ½ teaspoon (heaped)
  • Garlic paste 1 teaspoon
  • Crushed and roasted cumin 1 teaspoon

Method

  1. Wash fish well
  2. Add in all the above
  3. Marinate them for one hour then deep fry them.
  4. Now fish fry is ready to be served hot with sauce.
