- Boneless fish cut into finger size- half kg
- Chili powder 1 teaspoon heaped
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Lemon juice 2 tablespoons
- Egg - 1
- Allspice ½ teaspoon (heaped)
- Garlic paste 1 teaspoon
- Crushed and roasted cumin 1 teaspoon
- Wash fish well
- Add in all the above
- Marinate them for one hour then deep fry them.
- Now fish fry is ready to be served hot with sauce.
