  • Put beef mince into chopper machine and add ingredients as the quantities mentioned above in ingredient list; as add ghee, papaya paste, chopped green pepper, pinch of nutmeg and jawaetry, red chili powder, onion, bread slices, ginger and garlic paste, one teaspoon of spice powder and salt as per your taste.
  • Run chopper machine as all the ingredients mixed well. Now put into a bowl and leave it 30 minutes for marinate after that put this mixture dough into a oven proof container to cook at 200 degree centigrade for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Add some charcoal smoke to make it Bar-B-Que taste and fragrance.
  • Dish out and serve with onion rings, lemon and green chili. Best for four person. The cooking time is hardly an hour or less. Enjoy! With your friends & family.
