Egg Salad Recipe


  • Boiled then chopped 8 eggs, hard
  • Butter 50 grams of
  • 4 tablespoons chopped Celery 
  • 2 tablespoons small capers, rinsed and drained 
  • 2 Teaspoons grain mustard 
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper


Take a large mixing bowl and mix all the above ingredients thoroughly. Now  do seasoning to taste with salt and pepper. 

Serve on a top of crisp lettuce or as you like to enjoy.
