
INGREDIENTS
- Boiled then chopped 8 eggs, hard
- Butter 50 grams of
- 4 tablespoons chopped Celery
- 2 tablespoons small capers, rinsed and drained
- 2 Teaspoons grain mustard
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
METHOD
Take a large mixing bowl and mix all the above ingredients thoroughly. Now do seasoning to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve on a top of crisp lettuce or as you like to enjoy.
