- One - Seedless cucumber (or English, finely chopped)
- One - Green onions (thinly sliced)
- One - Tablespoon chopped cilantro
- Three - Tablespoons seasoned rice wine vinegar (to 4)
- Two - Cups strawberries (fresh California, hulled, and small diced)
- One - Yellow peppers (finely chopped)
Prepare salsa at least one hour ahead. Mix cucumbers, peppers green onion, cilantro and vinegar. Cover and chill at least one hour. Just before serving, add strawberries.
