Spaghetti Bologna Recipe

INGREDIENTS

Minced Beef

Spaghetti (boiled)

Chopped Onions

Oregano

Garlic Paste

Tomato Puree

Black Pepper Powder

Sugar

Tomato Paste

Cooking Oil

Parsley or Coriander chopped

Salt

500   gm

700   gm  (boiled)

2        pcs

2       tbsp

2        tbsp

1        tsp  

1        tsp

1        cup

2        tbsp

1        tbsp

1        tsp or to Taste

 

METHOD OF COOKING
  • Take a big sauce pan and heat Corn Oil  on it and cook onions and garlic till onions become soft and golden.
  • Put minced beef in the pan and on high flame do stir continuously until its turn to well browned.
  • On this stage add tomato Puree, tomato paste, salt and black pepper, one teaspoon of sugar and let it leave to cook until meat becomes tender.
  • Let it simmer for 5 to 8 minutes and stir through given herbs.
  • On the top of the spaghetti pour sauce over it and garnish with chopped parsley or coriander leaves.
  • Now it ready to serve. This is 4 persons serving recipe.
