Egg Dosa Recipe With Cheesy Garlic Mayo
- One cup Dosa batter
- Two Whole Eggs
- One Onion, finely chopped
- One Tomato, finely chopped
- Three sprigs Coriander leaves, finely chopped
- Four tablespoon Cheesy Garlic Mayo
- Half teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
- One teaspoon Red chili powder
- Salt as per your taste
- Oil, for cooking
- One Onion , juliln cut
- Three sprigs Coriandor leaves (In Urdu it is called Dhania) finely chopped
First step, make the Egg Dosa Recipe with Cheesy Garlic Mayo, take a bowl and crack open the eggs. Add turmeric powder, red-chili powder, chopped-onion, chopped-tomato, chopped-coriander leaves, salt according to your taste and mix them well.
Second step, prepare the egg dosa with Cheesy Garlic Mayo. Heat a tava / griddle and smear one tablespoon oil. put a spoonfull of dosa batter and pour it on the hot tava. Immediately spread the batter on tava by moving the ladle in circular direction all over on the batter till it gets a thin consistency.
When bubbles comes to appearing on the top side, lower the heat. Smear 2 tablespoon mayo all over.
Third step, pour the prepared egg batter on the dosa ensuring that the egg batter spreads on all over the dosa. Cover the dosa pan and leave it for further cook over low heat. Once the egg is cooked, flip the egg dosa gently and let it cook further until all is cooked well.
Finaly, After the egg dosa is cooked, move the dosa on a plate and apply two tablespoon mayo all over it. Garnish with julienned onions and chopped coriander leaves and serve delightfully.
