Tuna Pasta Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • Pasta - 2 cups
  • Tuna fish - 1 can 
  • Water - 5 cups
  • Chopped onions - ¼ cup 
  • Tomatoes- ¼ cup (chopped)
  • Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Green chilli- 1 ( chopped)
  • Chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • Garam masala - ¼ tsp
  • Oil- 2 tsp
  • Salt- to taste
  • Coriander leaves- garnishing
METHOD
  1. In a deep pan warmth water and convey it to a boil.
  2. Add pasta and allow it cook dinner for 8 mins, till it is fully cooked (soft but firm).
  3. Drain the water and preserve aside. 
  4. In a pan warmness oil. Sauté the onions and green chilli till golden brown.
  5. Subsequent upload the ginger garlic paste. Next upload tomatoes and sauté the aggregate.
  6. Empty the can of tuna inside the aggregate at the side of chilli powder, salt and garam masala and sauté for three mins.
  7. Next upload the pasta.
  8. Toss the entirety together and garnish with coriander leaves.
