Spicy Omelette Recipe


  • Vegetable oil - 1 tbs
  • Turmeric Powder - Half tsp
  • Spring onion - 1 medium size
  • Salt as per taste
  • Onion, chopped - 1 medium size
  • lemon juice - 2 tsp
  • Ground dry coriander seed - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Green fresh chili, chopped - 3 pcs
  • fresh coriander and mint - 1-1 tsp
  • Eggs blended - 2 pcs
  • Chopped Ginger - 1 inch pcs
  • Chopped garlic - 3 cloves
  1. Warmth the oil in afrying pan then fry sliced onion, chilli, ginger, garlic until soft and tender.
  2. Add turmeric and sauteed for a minute more.
  3. Put the other spices and prepare dinner for a couple of minutes more stirring now after which.
  4. Take them off the flame.
  5. Beat the eggs gently and put salt to flavor.
  6. Now add the cooked mix to the eggs.
  7. Put the green leaves chopped, coriander and mints in to it
  8. Now put it returned to the pan with the intention to have some oil in it.
  9. Prepare you cooking for a few minutes after which turn over after sprinkling some lemon drops on the primary facet.

  11. This recipe is best with paratha, chapatis or rotis, you can also make sandwich using bread slices or Buns.
