Classic Macaroni Salad

  • 1 package elbow macaroni
  • 1 kg ounces chopped cooked white-meat chicken
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 8 ounce can pineapple, drained, juice reserved
  • 1/2 cup chopped coriander
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt or as per taste


  1. Carry a good sized pot of gently salted water to some boil.
  2. Prepare elbow macaroni inside the boiling water, stirring sometimes until cooked thru but company in the direction of the bite, 8 minutes drain.
  3. Wash the macaroni with cold water till brilliantly drain.
