Summer Corn Salad


  • 6 corn--------------------- husked and cleaned
  • 3 large tomatoes------- diced
  • 1 large onion------------ diced
  • 1/4 cup basil ------------ chopped
  • 1/4 cup ------------------- olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons ---------- white vinegar
  • salt and pepper -------- as per taste


  • Take a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil the corn. Cook corn in for 10 minutes, or until get desired tenderness.
  • Drain corns from the boiled water and cool, using knife to cut kernels off the cob.
  • Take another large bowl, toss all the ingredients together as corn, tomatoes, onion, basil, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. It can be serve as chilled or worm as you wish to take.
