Baingan With Yogurt Sauce

  • Eggplant----------------------4 pieces
  • Clean milk--------------------1 cup
  • Yogurt-------------------------3 cup
  • Sugar-------------------------1 tsp
  • Corn flour--------------------1 tbsp
  • Red chili----------------------1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste--------1 tbsp
  • Salt ---------------------------- As per taste

For Baghaar:

  • Oil-----------------------------1 cup
  • Crimson chilies-------------6
  • Curry leaves----------------few
  • Fenugreek seeds---------4-5
  • Cumin seeds--------------1 tsp


  1. Slice the eggplant and deep fry them until it turns golden brown.
  2. Take some oil into the pan, put in ½ cup oil and 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp crimson chili and salt.
  3. Put the eggplant in it. In 3 cups of yogurt upload in 1 tbsp corn flour,  1 tsp sugar and 1 cup sparkling milk.
  4. Beat it. In a big dish upload in the yogurt and layer, the eggplant then layers it with yogurt.
  5. Ultimately, tale so,e oil upload in 1 tsp cumin, 6 whole red chilies, curry leaves and four-5  fenugreek seeds.
  6. Sauteed it and add it inside the dish.
