Besan Coconut Ladoo

  1. 1 Cup - Besan or Gram flour
  2. 5 pieces - Cardamom
  3. 2 cups - Raw Milk
  4. Dry Coconut - As required
  5. Few Almonds - Garnishing
  6. Few Pistachios - Garnishing
  7. Sugar - As required


  1. For this recipe, use a non-stick pan, roast the cardamom for a minute.
  2. Add the gram flour and roast it on low flame until it gives its natural aroma.
  3. Mix milk and sugar together, cover the pan and cook it for 10 minutes. Make sure heat is low.
  4. After a while milk become dries, cool this mixture and make spherical shape known as laddoos.
  5. If you feel mixture is a bit runny then you can add some dry coconut in. 
  6. When all the laddoos being made, just roll into the dry coconut as it coated around the laddoo.
  7. Your healthy and tasty laddoos are ready to enjoy. Before serving, granish with almonds or pistachios.
