Jalfrezi Daal Recipe

INGREDIENTS
  • Complete black lentil (boiled) 250 gm
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Tomato paste 1 cup
  • Purple chili powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Capsicum 1 (cubed)
  • Tomato1 (cubed)
  • Onion 1 (cubed)
  • Green chilies 6
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Lemon juice 2tbsp
  • Mustard paste 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves ½ bunch

 

DIRECTIONS
  1. In a pan, warmth oil add ginger garlic and fry.
  2. Whilst aroma comes put tomato paste, purple chili powder, turmeric, salt and fry.
  3. After this, add boiled entire black lentil.
  4. In any other pan, put capsicum, tomato, onion, inexperienced chilies, yogurt, lemon juice, mustard paste, salt mix and unfold on daal.
  5. Ultimately, add coriander leaves and allow it simmer for 10 mins.
  6. Serve hot with paratha, chapati or roti.
