- In a pan, warmth oil add ginger garlic and fry.
- Whilst aroma comes put tomato paste, purple chili powder, turmeric, salt and fry.

- In any other pan, put capsicum, tomato, onion, inexperienced chilies, yogurt, lemon juice, mustard paste, salt mix and unfold on daal.
- Ultimately, add coriander leaves and allow it simmer for 10 mins.
- Serve hot with paratha, chapati or roti.
