
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 large----------------------------- eggs
- salt and pepper------------------ as per taste
- 1tablespoon --------------------- oil
- 1 tablespoon butter, for frying
Method:
- Split the eggs into two as egg white and yolk collect in a small bowl and whisk well.
- Put salt and pepper as per your taste. (any type of liquid is not used here.)
- Take a medium sized non-stick frying pan, heat the oil or butter in it and pour in the eggs mixture.
- Cook for the first half minutes as its half done cooked, use a spatula to create 8-10 small cuts on the omelette.
- This allows to shuffle the uncooked egg on the top to flow down to the bottom of the pan.
- When the top is nearly cook, sprinkle fillings over half of the omelette and turn off the heat.
- Using spatula to flip one half of the omelette over the other and serve hot is better to taste.
