Prepare batter mixture using above ingredients and ad enough water to form a thin consistency batter. Boil the potatoes with skin, peel and mash well. Prepare balls using above balls ingredients, put all ingredients in a bowl and mix them well. Make one inch diameter Spherical shaped balls by the help of your hand palms. Dip into the batter and make a deep fry in hot oil until its color turn golden brown. Without any delay, serve with ketchup or tamarind coriander chatney. |
