
Ingredients
- Wheat flour 2 cups
- Flour 2 cups
- Salt ½ tsp
- Soda by carb ¼ tsp
In a bowl mix together
- Melted ghee ½ cup
- Milk ½ cup
- Egg 1
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Caster sugar 1 tbsp
DIRECTIONS
Take a bowl and put all dry ingredients, mix with all the wet ingredients, mix all together and knead well.
Put some water if its needed, dough should be soft, cover with thin wriper and leave it for 4 hours at room temperature.
Draw about 12 balls from the dough, roll into ¼ plate size, take one tbsp of ghee and spread on it, sprinkle dry flour dust, roll as Swiss roll and longish way, again form into a flour, let it set for awhile and covered, now you can make a roll of each dough into parathas and deep fry. Here it is ready to serve as hot and crisp.
