Qeema Anda Roti

For Qeema: For Roti
  • Mince 250 grams
  • Ginger Garlic 1 tbsp 
  • Green Chili Paste 1 tbsp
  • Chili Powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander Powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin (roasted & ground) 1 tsp
  • Salt  as per taste or ½ tsp
  • Turmeric  ½ tsp
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Chopped Onion  1 medium size
  • Garam masala powder ½ tsp
  • Chopped Coriander, mint handful
  • Eggs 4 to 6 pcs
  • Oil for frying
  • Regular flour 250 grams
  • Salt as to taste or ½ tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp for frying
  • Some Water to knead










  1. Mix the oil and salt in the flour as slowly add water into it and knead the dought as it become soft.
  2. Cover this dought and preserve apart for two hours and then make into 6 equal balls.
  3. Warmness the oil in pan and golden brown the onion then put mince with ginger garlic paste, green chili paste, red chili, coriander powder,cumin, salt and turmeric into it and leave it for marination.
  4. Afterward you can cook dinner till mince smooth.
  5. Now add garam masala, chopped coriander and mint take away from fire and funky.
  6. Divide mince into 6 equal portions.
  7. Roll out every dough ball and make skinny roti. Put one part of the cooked qeema in the middle spoil 1 egg and spread throughout, fold the roti to create a square shape.
  8. Put this square shape roti into the tawa and drop some oil or ghee and fry from each facets until crisp.
  9. Now the qeema anda roti is ready to serve.
