Anda Paratha


  • 1 cup --------------------- Regular Flour 
  • 2 large sixe ------------- Hen Eggs
  • 1 medium size -------- Onion (chopped)
  • 3 chopped -------------- Green chilies
  • 2 tbs ---------------------- Green coriander
  • ½ tsp --------------------- Cumin powder
  • ½ tsp --------------------- Red chili powder
  • Salt ----------------------- as per your taste
  • Ghee required for ---- shallow fry


  1. Blend egg, onion, green chilies, coriander and all spices in mixing a bowl.
  2. Make a oil leaf or paratha as put on tawa then flip the side and pour half egg mixture on top of paratha with spreading a teaspoon of ghee.
  3. Now turns each sides to fry with ghee. cook it till golden brown colored paratha forms. 
  4. Do the same method make other paratha.
  5. Serve warm egg paratha.
  6. Notice: If you use non stick tawa to make egg or anda paratha, its give you a super result.
