  • Lal mirch ..................................... hasbe-e-pasand 
  • Ata or flour.............................. …..2 cups 
  • Hari mirchain…..............................6 adad kati hui 
  • Adrak ......................................….hasb-e-zarorat 
  • Ghee….........................................hasb-e-zarorat 
DIRECTIONS
  1. Channy ki daal duo ghanty tak bheegi rakhny kay bad pateeli main dal kar ubalny kay liay choolhy per charha dain ab es main sary masaly bhi dal dain pani itna dalain k pakney ke baad pani khushk ho jay. 
  2. Daal ubaalny kay bad thanda hony per seel per pees lain es k bad masaly barik pees kar shamil karain. 
  3. Ata aur maida ko mela kar gondh lain aur peray ke bich main murakab rakh kr parathy bail lain aur pakayain. 
  4. Khatti chatni , methi chatni ya achar k sath serve karain.
