Masala Palak Paratha

  • 2 cup ------------------------ Wheat Flour
  • ½ cup ----------------------- Spinach Puree
  • 2-3 tbsp -------------------- Yogurt
  • ½ tbsp ---------------------- ginger-garlic paste
  • ¼ tsp ------------------------ Turmeric powder
  • ½ tsp ------------------------ Red chili powder
  • ½ tsp ------------------------ Cumin seeds / zeera
  • 1 tsp ------------------------- Garam masala
  • salt --------------------------- As to taste


  1. Take a sieve to wheat flour, mixed the all above mentioned ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  2. Put some water and knead the flour to a smooth dough, put one teaspoon oil and knead it.
  3. Cover it and keep aside for half an hour.
  4. Now divide the dough into equally sized balls.
  5. Using roller pin and roll each of ball as circle shaped rotil, maker sure it should not be too thick or thin.
  6. Take a tawa or a frying pan, heat and greased with few drops of oil or ghee.
  7. Shallow fry the paratha untill its turn golden brown on both the sides.
  8. Do the same proceed with the other remaining balls.
  9. Masala Palak Paratha is ready to serve. You can serve this paratha with pickle, chattni, hot milk tea (chai) or as you wish.
