  • Mince ½ kg
  • Capsicum 2
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric ¼ tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Tomatoes three
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • Green chilies 6
  • Coriander leaves few
  • Lemon juice ¼ cup
  • Onion 2 cup (sliced)
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp heaped
  • Salt 1 tsp heaped



  1. Heat oil fry onion until soft put off half of the fried onion and preserve aside.
  2. Permit final onion to fry until golden.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste, salt, chili powder, turmeric, coriander and cumin.
  4. Add mince, fry nicely until oil comes out.
  5. Put off half of the mince and hold apart.
  6. Cut capsicum and tomatoes in 1 inch pieces and preserve apart.
  7. Positioned the tomatoes on the mince on the pan.
  8. Cowl with ultimate onion which we took out.
  9. Upload capsicum on top of onion, cowl with closing mince.
  10. Add garam masala powder over the mince, green chilies, coriander leaves and lemon juice.
  11. Cover with lid and prepare dinner on low flame.
  12. Simmer as soon as and get rid of, serve with roti.
