Ingredients

  • Hari mirch darmiyany size ki ½ kg 
  • Piyaz baray size ki 4 adad bareek kat lain. 
  • Khashkhaash 2 khanay k chamchay 
  • Til 2 khanay k chamchay 
  • Sabit dhaniya 2 khanay k chamchay 
  • Safaid zeerah 1 khanay ka chamcha 
  • Khopra 1 chhota sa tukra 

 

  • Salan k liye masalah 
  • Haldi 2 chaye k chamach 
  • Adrak lehsan ka paste 1 khanay ka chamach 
  • Kari patta 6 adad 
  • Kalonji 1 chaye ka chamach 
  • Namak hasb e zaiqa 
  • Imli 1 piyali 2 cup garm paani main bhigo dain. 
  • Cooking Oil ya Ghee 2 khana pakany walay chamach

Method

khulay monh wali degchi main tail garm karain aur is main mirchain zara sy namak daal kar talain aur kisi dosray bartan main nikal lain. Jab mirchain nikal chukain to degchi main cholay per carhaye hoye ghee ya oil main fauran baghar walay masalay daal dain. Tamam masalay theek sy fry ho kar taqreeban siyah hojain to fauran piyaz shamil kar dain. Piyaz halki gulaabi honay lagay to saaray masalay daal kar halka sa bhoon lain. Iskay baad fry ki hoi mirchain shamil kar dain aur aura chi tarha chamach chala dain. Ab imli ka ras nikal kar mircho k oper daal dain aur ek bareek sa chamach hila kar poray salan main shamil kar dain. Sath he kari patta daal kar halki anch per dam k liye rakh dain. Khushbo anay lagay to chholay sy utar lain aur garma garm roti ya naan k sath paish karain. Lazeez aur chatkharay daar haidrabadi mircho ka salan taiyar hai.
