Pizza Dough Recipe in Urdu

Baking powder
Butter
Egg
Milk
Oil
Plain flour
Salt
Yeast
|
1 teaspoon
3 tablespoons
1 medium size
1 cup
As required
4 cups
As to taste

| Method and Instructions |

Take half cup of hot water and put baking powder and yeast in it.

Let it stay for 5 minutes, and wait till that the bubbles come to the surface.

Put remaining ingredients and mixture of yeast to plain flour.

Knead the flour mixture by hand palm.

Make sure kneading the dough, that it should be neither too soft nor too hard.

After that, cover it with wet Mulmul (muslin) cloth and put it in the kitchen or relatively hot place.
-
Leave it this dought for three hours. you may observe that its size will be double.
-
The knead it again by hand and pressing it well.
-
Now pizza dought is ready to cook any types of pizza.
