
Ingredients
For Dough
- All purpose flour 3 cup
- Instant yeast 1 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- For Topping:
- Chicken breast 1 (boneless)
- Tomatoes ½ kg (chopped)
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Oregano 1 tbsp
- Brown sugar 2 tbsp
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Olive oil as required
- Red chilies flakes 1 tbsp
- Mozzarella cheese 1 cup
- For Salad:
- Ice berg lettuce 1 ball (sliced)
- Red onion 1 (sliced)
- Parsley 1/2 bunch (chopped)
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Method
For Dough:

Dissolve yeast in a little lukewarm water and leave it in a warm place until its double and foamy.

Mix in sugar.

Sift flour with salt, add in yeast mixture and knead the dough with required water.

Leave it in a warm place for 2 hours to rise.

When double in quantity, punch down the dough and leave it to rise again for 1/2 an hour.

For Topping: Apply salt, oregano, black pepper and olive oil on chicken breast and grill it.

Take another pan and put olive oil, garlic, red chilies flakes, tomatoes, salt and brown sugar and cook them.

Then blend them well.

Place rolled out pizza dough in pizza pan and put tomato sauce over it.

Sprinkle grated cheese and chicken over it.

Place it in a pre-heated oven at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

For Salad: Put ice berg lettuce, onion and parsley in a bowl.

Add in lemon juice and 2 tbsp olive oil.

Season with salt and pepper and toss well.
