Pizzaiolo Pasta Recipe

Ingredients

  • Farfalle Pasta boiled ½ packet

For Meat Sauce

  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Garlic crushed 1 tbspn
  • Onions chopped 1 cup
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tspn
  • Mustard paste 1tspn
  • Oregano leaves 1 tspn
  • Capsicum 1 (cut in tiny cubes)
  • Mushrooms 6 sliced
  • Chili garlic sauce ¼ cup
  • Olive 6 chopped
  • Worcestershire sauce 3 tbspn
  • Pizza sauce ½ cup
  • Coriander leaves finely chopped 4 tbspn

For White Sauce

  • Butter 2 ounce
  • Milk 2 cups
  • Flour 2 ounce
  • Salt 1 tspn
  • Water 1 cup
  • Crushed red pepper 2 tspn
  • Worcestershire sauce 2 tbspn
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp heaved
  • Chicken powder 1 tspn
  • Mixed herbs 1 tspn
  • Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup

For Topping

  • Mozzarella cheese grated 1 cup

METHOD:

  • For Meat Sauce: In a pan, heat oil and cook garlic and onion until they get soft.

  • Add mince and cook for about 3 to 4 minutes then add salt, crushed red chili, chili powder, oregano and mustard paste. Cover it and cook until mince gets tender.

  • Now add capsicum, mushroom and olive. Mix them all.

  • Add pizza sauce, chili garlic sauce, Worcestershire sauce and coriander leaves. Mix everything and then remove from heat.

  • For White Sauce: Melt butter and stir in plain flour in another pan.

  • Now add milk while stirring quickly then add salt, chicken powder, water, crushed red pepper, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, mixed herbs and cheddar cheese. Cook them until they get thicken.

  • Now take an oven proof dish and spread boiled pasta then pour white sauce over it then meat sauce and top with mozzarella cheese.

  • Bake at 180 degree C for about 15 minutes.
