Chicken Chilli Pizza


For Pizza Base:

  • Flour ½ Kilogram
  • Salt ½ tsp or as per taste
  • Sugar one tsp
  • Powdered Yeast 1 ½ tsp
  • Milk powder 2 tbsp
  • Egg 2
  • Oil half teaspoon

For Stuffed Filling:

  • Chicken 200 gm (boneless, small cubes)
  • Red pepper 1 tsp (crushed form)
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Salt ½ teaspoon
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Flour 2 tablespoons
  • Corn flour two tbsp
  • Onion four tbsp (fine chopped)
  • Capsicum four tbsp (fine chopped)
  • Egg 1
  • Tomatoes four tbsp (chopped)
  • Mushroom 50 grams (sliced)
  • Olives 50 grams
  • Oregano leaves 1 teaspoon
  • Pizza sauce four tbsp
  • Cheddar Cheese half cup
  • Mozzarella cheese half cup
  • Some Oil for fry



Prepare Pizza Base:
