  • Baysan 1.5 cup 
  • Khanay ka soda ¼ chayae ka chamach 
  • Namak hasb e zaiqa 
  • Kuti hoi laal mirch 1 khanay ka chamach 
  • Tail fry k liye 
  • Cheeni 2 khanay k chamchay 
  • Chaat masala adha khanay ka chamach 
  • Dahi 1 Pao or 250 grams


Piyaaly main khanay ka soda, baysan, namak aur kuti hoi laal mirch daal kar mix kar lain aur paani daal kar garha amezah bana lain. Ab garm tail main baray ki shakal main daal kar fry kar lain. Sunherhi hojany per karhaai sy nikal kar paani main daal dain takeh tail nikal jaye aur naram hojaain. Dahi phaint lain, namak, kuti hoi laal mirch, chaat masalah aur cheeni daal kar mix kar lain. Baray halkay sy nichor kar dahi main daal dain. Chaat aur kuti laal mirch chhirak kar paish karain.
