
Ingredients
- Mutton, Beef or Chicken mince – One Kg
- Tomatoes – Three
- Onion – One chopped
- Garam masala powder – One tsp
- Dry coriander (fried and grounded) – One tbsp
- Red-chilli powder – 1 ½ teaspoon
- White cumin seeds (fried and grounded) – One tbsp
- Turmeric powder – ½ teaspoon
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 ½ tablespoon
- Soya Ben Oil – ½ cup
- Ginger flakes – As per required
- Green chillies and sparkling coriander – as required
- Salt – As per your taste
Method of Cooking
- Take a pan or wok, put oil and warmth it up.
- Now put chopped onion and fry till light brown, and then add ginger garlic paste and fry.
- Then put salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and chopped tomatoes and fry well.
- Now put fried cumin seeds and dry coriander in conjunction with mince and cook properly.
- Then put water and cover and permit it cook until mince is become tender and water dries.
- Then put garam masala powder and mix properly and garnish with ginger flakes, green chillies and sparkling coriander.
- Serve with tandoori Naan or paratha.
