Keema Fry Recipe


  • Mutton, Beef or Chicken mince – One Kg
  • Tomatoes – Three 
  • Onion – One chopped 
  • Garam masala powder – One tsp 
  • Dry coriander (fried and grounded) – One tbsp 
  • Red-chilli powder – 1 ½ teaspoon
  • White cumin seeds (fried and grounded) – One tbsp 
  • Turmeric powder – ½ teaspoon 
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1 ½ tablespoon 
  • Soya Ben Oil – ½ cup 
  • Ginger flakes – As per required 
  • Green chillies and sparkling coriander – as required
  • Salt – As per your taste 

Method of Cooking

  • Take a pan or wok, put oil and warmth it up. 
  • Now put chopped onion and fry till light brown, and then add ginger garlic paste and fry. 
  • Then put salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and chopped tomatoes and fry well. 
  • Now put fried cumin seeds and dry coriander in conjunction with mince and cook properly. 
  • Then put water and cover and permit it cook until mince is become tender and  water dries. 
  • Then put garam masala powder and mix properly and garnish with ginger flakes, green chillies and sparkling coriander. 
  • Serve with tandoori Naan or paratha.
