Gallbladder Stones Symptoms: It exists under the liver in the shape of guava and it has got a bile duct. This bile duct is created in the liver that helps digest vitamins and fat. Whenever you eat, body signals it to rule out. However many people have got the problem of gallbladder stones due to which bile duct gets solid and hard and can become bigger like a golf ball while this can be one or more. These gallstones are made of hundreds of cholesterol but people who have other problems of the liver, they might have different types.

Types of gallstones

Cholesterol Stones

They are often green and yellow in color and they are the most common kinds, according to the calculation for 80% gallstones.

Pigment Stones

These stones are darker and smaller and they are made up of bilirubin that comes from bile, fluid your liver, and your gallbladder stones.

Who is at risk?

Experts have proved that women are the victims of gallstones and estrogen causes stones in the gallbladder. Estrogen increases the cholesterol in the bile duct and during the pregnancy, it gathers and it gets as thicker as the body does not absorb easily.

If such problem has been in a family, you are also more likely to be at risk.

If your body weight is too much, cholesterol may increase a lot which means the risk of stones in the gallbladder is high. If your belly is out, there is 90 percent chance for stones exist in your gallbladder.

If the body weight is lost rapidly, a risk of gallstones increases because the foods have fewer calories become hard for gallbladder. Similarly riding a bicycle and constantly losing or gaining weight cause problems.

The foods having fat and cholesterol increase the risk of stones in the gallbladder.

If you are diabetes patient and is affecting kidneys, a kind of fat is likely to increase in the blood which causes the risk of stones in the gallbladder.

The people at the age of 40 plus are more likely to be at risk of gallbladder stones as well as gallbladder cancer is also increased.

How to Void Stones in Gallbladder?

Maintain the body weight at the level of proper health, eat foods with full of fiber while having olive oil and fish oil. Avoid refined foods.

What is the treatment of gallstones?

The gallstones normally do not create a problem and the people leave it without getting it cured. However the signs and symptoms are observed, doctors advise to get gallbladder taken out. If your bile ducts have gallstones, the doctors may turn to ERCP (Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography) to find and remove them during the gallbladder surgery or before it.
