Aloo Ka Paratha Recipe

INGREDIENTS
  • Potatoes
  • Lemon
  • Chillies
  • Coriander
  • Black pepper
  • Red chilli
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Plain flour
  • Self rising flour
  • ½ kg (boiled)
  • 2 lemons juice
  • 4 (finely chopped) Green
  • ½ bunch of leaves (chopped)
  • 1 tsp powderd form
  • 1 tbsp flakes or kutti Mirch

METHOD OF COOKING
  • Wash the raw potatoes with luckwarm water and Boil on high flame.
  • After boiling, poke fork in it to check either potatoes are well cooked or tender then peel and mash them with a masher.
  • Put some lemon juice, green chillies, black pepper powder, red chilli flakes, coriander leaves, and salt to the mashed potatoes and mix them well.
  • Take a separate bowl, knead the half Kg of plain flour with salt, and add some water to form a smooth dough.

  • After completing the above step you should divide this dough into equal sized balls.

  • By the help of rolling pin, roll out a ball of dough to form flat circled roti shape.

  • Now spread the potato mixture on flat roti and do make similar roti to cover the first one.

  • Do repeat the steps until the potato mixture is ended.

  • Put some water to the self rising flour and use it to seal the edges of the paratha with this flour paste.

  • Take a griddle and heat it at medium flame and spread a little amount of oil on both the sides of the paratha and fry it till crisp and its color turns golden brown.

  • Now delicious hot potatoes paratha is ready to Serve. Best to serve with Coriender Tamarind Chatni.
