Peanut Butter Cookies

INGREDIENTS

  • Half Kilogram --------------------- All Purpose Flour
  • One cup ---------------------------- Peanut Butter (Crunchy)
  • Half a cup -------------------------- Butter (at room temperature)
  • Half a cup -------------------------- Sugar
  • Half a cup -------------------------- Brown Sugar
  • One whole ------------------------- Egg
  • Half teaspoon --------------------- Vanilla essence
  • A pinch of -------------------------- Salt

 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Take the butter, peanut butter, white sugar and brown sugar and mix together for a couple of minutes until everything is blended nicely.
  2. Put the egg and vanilla essence and mix until you have got a creamy mixture.
  3. Add the all purpose flour and mix them. 
  4. The dough may be very sticky at this stage. Refrigerate it for atleast an hour earlier than making cookies.
  5. Make small key lime sized dough balls and flatten it barely.
  6. Make a criss-cross sample with the again of a fork dipped in sugar.
  7. Put the ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 10 minutes till the cookies turn intogolden brown.
  8. Remove gently from the cookie sheet and Serve.
