Sea Salad Recipe

INGREDIENTS

1. 1/2 kg Fish fillet 
2. 1 tbsp Garlic paste 
3. 1 tbsp Red chili powder 
4. 1 tbsp Olive Oil 
5. 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder 
6. 2 tbsp Lemon juIce 
7. to taste Salt  
8. 1/2 packet BOiled Macaroni 
9. 2 tsp Olive Oil. 
10. 1 Finely slIced onion 
11. 1 Finely slIced Tomatoes 
12. 1/2 cup Black olives 
13. 1/2 cup SlIced Cabbage 
14. 1-2 SlIced green chilies 
15. 1 tsp Mustard paste 
16. 1 tbsp Oil (Olive) 
17. 2 tbsp Vinegar. 
18. 2 tbsp Worchester sauce 
19. 2 tbsp Lemon juIce. 
20. to taste Salt.

METHOD

In a mixing bowl, mix 1/2 kg fish fillet with 1 tbsp garlic paste, 1 tbsp red chili powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp olive oil and salt to taste and keep aside. Heat some oil in a frying pan and fry fish from both sides. Cut into slices when temperature of fish has come down. 

Add macaroni to boiling water with some olive oil and boil for ten minutes. Rinse boiled macaroni through cold water and brush olive oil when temperature is slightly lower. In a mixing bowl, add 2 to 3 finely sliced green chilies, 1 to 2 finely sliced cloves of garlic, 1 tsp mustard paste, 1 tbsp olive oil, vinegar, 2 tbsp Worchester sauce, 2 tbsp lemon juice and salt to taste and mix well. 

Dressing is ready. For salad, mix 1 onion, 1 tomato, 1/2 cup black olives and 1/2 cup cabbage. In the salad bowl, add dressing, fish slices and macaroni and mix. Sea Salad is ready to serve.
