Vegetable Fried Rice

 

INGREDIENTS

Cooked Basmati Rice ----------------

Soy sauce --------------------------------

Chili Sauce -------------------------------

Pepper Powder -------------------------- 

Spring onion ------------------------------ 

Greens of two spring onions -------

Oil --------------------------------------------

Salt ------------------------------------------

3 cups (for one serve)

2 tsp

2 tsp

1/2 tsp (as per taste) 

3 medium sized (chopped)

(chopped) for garnishing

100 mL

as per your taste

 

DIRECTIONS
  • Having medium sized karahi, heat it and put some oil.
  • Fry everything as mentioned above ingredients list on high flame.
  • Put chopped onions and fry for few minutes.
  • Adding any vegetables you like, you must stir fry vegetables continuously.
  • My fried rice recipe is based on just spring onions.
  • You may add different vegetables as your favorite one like: carrots, baby corn, french beans, cabbage etc.
  • Put chili sauce, soy sauce, black pepper powder and some salt, and mix them well. 
  • On this stage add boiled Basmati rice and fry again untill all the ingredients mixed well.
  • fried rice is done then switched off the stove. 
  • Garnish with greens spring onion. Serve as hot with Chicke  shashlik, veggi manchurian etc. 
  • Enjoy the Vegetable Fried Rice.
