Bibimbap Recipe

INGREDIENTS

Small Grain Rice
Andey (Eggs)
Chini (Sugar)
Gajar (Carrot)
Garlic Paste 
Lehson (Crushed Garlic)
Palak ke Pattey (Spinach)
Pisi Kali Mirch (Ground black pepper)
Putt ka Gosht (Sirloin beef)
Salt
Sesame oil
Soy sauce 
Torai (Zucchini)

50 grams (sliced)
1/2 tbsp

As per taste or 1 tbsp

1 medium size (cut as thin strips)

 

For the daikon salad:

Radish

Ground red pepper

Garlic Paste

Roasted sesame seeds

Chilli bean paste

Olive oil 

Sugar 

1 medium size (sliced as thin strips)

As to taste

 

COOKING DIRECTIONS
  • Cut all vegetables as mentioned above and boiling them in water.

  • Now drain, mixed and toss with sesame oil, crushed garlic and salt.

  • Prepare salad well and add pepper, then tossing rest of the ingredients gently.

  • Take a non-stick pan, fry the beef steak till its color become turn golden brown.

  • Take a bowl and combine other ingredients and add the meat to it.

  • Now take bowls and add boiled rice, add vegetables, beef and salad into it.

  • Garnish with an egg slices.

  • Now ready to serve with chilli bean paste or chilli sauce.
